To find out what samples are available, simply sign in to your account. Available samples are displayed in your personal Sample Center.

How will I be notified when additional samples are available to me?
You will be notified whenever new samples are available to you at the e-mail address you provide when you activate your account.

What if a sample I need is not available via this service?
New sample brands are periodically added to this service. If you have a specific interest in having a sample added, you may provide feedback via the Customer Support link on this site.

How long will it take for samples to arrive?
Medication samples typically arrive within 4 to 6 business days of your order.

What if I need information about the sample medication offered?
Information on medications offered through this service can be obtained through the pharmaceutical manufacturer. For your convenience, links to this information are made available within the service.

What other kinds of communications can I expect to receive associated with this service?
The Henry Schein Rx Samples Service uses the e-mail address you supply when activating your account only for the purpose of providing confirmations that you have completed your account activation or order successfully, and for notifying you when new samples are available. Your e-mail address and associated information will not be used for any purpose other than providing this service to you.
